Hah. Already got my form, I filled out the first two questions and wrote "UNCONSTITUTIONAL" in big black sharpie next to all of the others. I wonder if they'll get the point or if they'll send someone 'round to my house?

James,
Bravo! I would love to know if you do get a little visit from one of the geniuses they've hired to strong-arm us. I am expecting a visit as I have not received anything from them. I will do my best to emulate Christopher Walken!

I have my CATO issued Constitution right in front of me now:

In Article I, Section II, which is page 18 in my booklet, the language clearly states "The actual Enumeration...every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct." Given that the language is vague enough by saying, "in such Manner as they shall by Law direct," I am unclear why you people are so vehemently opposed to the 2010 Census, and base your disdain on some bullshit "constitutional grounds."

The reason for the census is not to apportion representation, but for the police state to collect information on the citizenry. That being said, fill out the form or go to jail.
