Drugs are Like Cookies

What if one grows up to be an adult and he wants to buy cookies because he likes cookies and it is none of anyone's damn business if he likes cookies? Then he gets fat and his insurance rates go up, because in a free market of healthcare insurance, one pays the consequences for one's poor choices. So let's say the cookies are drugs, and one buys clean and safe drugs from a dealer at a cheap price, which lowers crime rates, and he claims it on his insurance so he is covered. Now what, nanny state?
